InstaSave Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the InstaSave app ("InstaSave," "the App"), operated by My Ai LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using InstaSave, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. What InstaSave does

InstaSave lets you save publicly available photos, videos, reels, carousels and stories to your device from links or usernames you provide, and organize them in a library. Content from private accounts can't be saved. We don't guarantee that every link, account or post will work.

3. Not affiliated with Instagram

InstaSave is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Save only content you have the right to save - such as your own content, or content you have permission to use - and use saved content for personal purposes.
• Respect creators. Their content is protected by copyright and privacy rights. Reposting or redistributing someone else's content may require their permission.
• Never use InstaSave to harass, stalk, monitor or harm anyone.
• Not misuse the App. No reverse engineering, automated or bulk access, attempts to get around save limits or payments, or interference with the service.
• Follow Instagram's terms and the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for how you use content you save.

5. Content ownership

Media you save belongs to its creators. InstaSave doesn't grant you any rights to third-party content, and we don't own it. Media downloads directly from its source to your device.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe InstaSave is being used to infringe your copyright, contact us at Show email with details of the work and where it appears, and we'll respond promptly.

7. Subscriptions and free trial

• InstaSave is offered through weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when your free trial ends. Your subscription auto-renews at the price of the plan you choose unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
• Prices may vary by country and may change. Any price change follows Apple's rules for notifying subscribers.

8. Credits

• An active trial or subscription includes a daily allowance of credits, currently 50 per rolling 24-hour period. Unused daily credits don't roll over.
• Credits are spent when you use InstaSave. Saving a post, reel, photo or carousel uses 1 credit; saving an account's stories uses 2. The app shows the cost before you spend.
• Saving the same item again within 24 hours doesn't use more credits. If a save fails, the credits are returned to you.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits don't expire for as long as InstaSave is offered. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
• We may change daily allowances or credit costs for future periods, or add new features that use credits. We'll tell you in the app before a change takes effect.

9. Library Backup

Library Backup is an optional feature for active paid subscribers. If your subscription ends, your backup is kept for 30 days and then deleted. You can delete it yourself at any time from Settings.

10. Availability

InstaSave depends on third-party services, and on Instagram itself. Features may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued, and some content may become unavailable. We're not responsible for content removed by its owner or by Instagram.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to InstaSave if you violate these Terms. You can stop using InstaSave at any time. Ending your use of the App doesn't cancel a subscription - cancel that in your App Store settings.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, InstaSave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to InstaSave is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Apple

• These Terms are between you and My Ai LLC, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for InstaSave and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for InstaSave.
• If InstaSave fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to InstaSave, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date above and notify you in the app for material changes. Continuing to use InstaSave after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
